Lonza makes everything from dog food bag liners to the batteries on the Mars Rover, so, their new website needs to tell that story.
Challenge
Lonza is a global biotech company with a vast range of products, services, and customers - and their website hasn't been updated in a decade. We approached the redesign through the Atomic Design process, starting with the concept of Lonza is all around us.
Starting with an audit of all existing components to paint a picture of what we had and what we needed. From there we built out our pieces snapping them together one by one until we had a product that felt beautiful while still being able to control the demand of all of their business units and products as one massive ecosystem.
