Challenge
The Kantar website rebuild started with a large scale discovery phase to gather as much information as possible and create a fruitful readout consisting of future opportunities.
We conducted voice of customer interviews with executives in industries such as finance, travel, and packaged goods, as well as internal stakeholders. The intel we put together made it clear that our personas and journeys were not liner, so we took a three dimensional approach to a usually flat story. The result created countless opportunities to make both effective implicate and explicate customization and tools for Kantar's customers.
